17 ноября Миннесоту посетит делегация депутатов горсовета города Борисполя, Украина. Борисполь является городом-побратимом города Xопкинса, Миннесота. Во время своего визита, который продлится неделю, украинские депутаты ознакомятся с работой местных органов власти города Xопкинса и штата Миннесота,
со структурой работы образовательных и медицинских учреждений и обменяются опытом с американскими коллегами.

The City of Hopkins and the City of Boryspil are continuing on the journey of developing Civic Leaders in their communities through shared learning and exchange. This fall we are hosting a group of Ukrainian City Officials (three council members and two assistants to the councils). They are interested in learning about various levels of government, local government roles and responsibilities, community engagement, civic responsibility, education, cultural difference, and also other areas (in which they have personal interests as they are also own or operate various small businesses).
